The Charles W. England Memorial Fund honors a life devoted to kindness, education, creativity, and community. Overseen by the Local 380-443 Education and Outreach Committee and administered by Concerted Works, Inc., the Fund supports programs that reflect Charles’s belief that music and education can uplift lives and strengthen the fabric of our communities. It provides scholarships to graduating high school seniors pursuing college-level studies in the arts, supports mentorship and professional development for early-career musicians, and helps bring live music and educational outreach to public spaces throughout our region.
As the fiscal home of the Fund, Concerted Works ensures that every contribution goes directly toward programs that empower the next generation, foster artistic growth, and build lasting connections through music.
